About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Channel Business Development Director to join our team at Equinix. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business development and a proven track record of success in driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

The Channel Business Development Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through channel partnerships. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and recruit key partners and develop account plans to drive business growth.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through channel partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and recruit key partners.
  • Develop account plans to drive business growth.
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A bachelor's degree required.

Proven years of success in business development for an internet, network, data center, hyperscaler or cloud-based products or services provider preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
