Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 4–5 Account Executives, focusing on growth, development, and exceptional performance.
  • Create customized coaching plans that help AEs reach their full potential, driving individual and team success.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and collaboration among team members.
  • Select and retain top talent, building a diverse and high-impact team that embodies our company values.
  • Prioritize inclusion, recognizing that diverse perspectives and experiences drive creativity and excellence.
Drive Sales Execution & Outbound Success
  • Establish and enforce high standards for outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and deal execution.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to AEs in navigating complex deals, ensuring successful closure.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and predictable outcomes, empowering AEs to meet their quota with confidence.
  • Balance strategy with execution, helping the team focus on key initiatives that drive business impact.
Lead from the Front – Foster Customer-Centricity
  • Join customer meetings, offer hands-on coaching, and provide support in real-time, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Model the behavior you expect from your team, showing how to engage customers effectively and create lasting value.
  • Cultivate a customer-centric mindset, prioritizing meaningful interactions over internal tasks.
