We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales Operations to join our dynamic team at Grale (formerly PlasticFri®). As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales operations, ensuring seamless execution and consistent performance across multiple customer segments.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Grale's success and contribute to our mission of eliminating plastic pollution from our oceans and landscapes. This position will be responsible for managing and growing a motivated sales team, setting clear targets and providing day-to-day guidance to ensure their success. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient sales processes to drive revenue growth and meet ambitious targets.

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in sales, including managing the full sales cycle (lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing).
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in B2B or subscription-based models.
- Strong operational skills, with the ability to implement and streamline sales processes.
