Kundo startades 2010 med målet att erbjuda ett verktyg som ska hjälpa företag att förbättra sin kundservice i digitala kanaler. Kundos mission är att göra kundservice till hjärtat i varje organisation genom effektiv service, gladare kunder och ökade affärsinsikter. Idag är man ett snabbväxande SaaS-bolag som hjälper över 400 bolag, myndigheter och ideella organisationer att skapa förutsättningar för kundservice i världsklass.
Kundo arbetar mot målet att bli Nordens ledande helhetsleverantör av digitala kundservice-produkter. Det innebär en ambitiös och spännande satsning där man fortsätter att bygga ut Kundos plattform och expandera in på nya marknader. År 2019 etablerade sig Kundo i Norge och nu har de just tagit klivet in i Finland, men det är bara början

Nu söker vi en Head of Sales som skall leda och utveckla Kundos kommersiella team på samtliga marknader.
Som Head of Sales på Kundo är din främsta uppgift att säkerställa att det kommersiella teamet når uppsatta mål, växer och att medarbetarna lyckas och utvecklas i sina roller. Kundos kommersiella team består idag av cirka 20 medarbetare där du inledningsvis kommer ha direktrapporterande i form av två Regional Sales Managers, KAM-teamet och Sales Operations. Idag finns ditt team i Stockholm och Oslo men flera kontor planeras öppna under 2022, både i Sverige och Finland. Du kommer att vara högst delaktig i dessa etableringar.
Du arbetar såväl operativt som strategiskt i din roll. Det innebär en vardag som bland mycket annat innebär att coacha och stötta, vara med i kundmöten, utveckla strategier och vara med i ledningsgruppen. På Kundo arbetar man tätt mellan olika avdelningar och du kommer arbeta nära marknad, produkt och HR.
Du arbetar aktivt för att skapa en förutsägbar och stabil försäljning, för att utveckla ditt team och tillsammans med övriga anställda vara med och växa Kundo.
Det här är en bred roll där du kommer in på Kundo i en gynnsam period och där målsättningar och ambitioner är höga.
Vi söker:
Vi söker dig som är en trygg kommersiell ledare. Du tycker om att växla mellan operativt och strategiskt arbete och finner lika mycket glädje i att stötta någon i ett kundmöte som att sätta övergripande strategier.
Du har tidigare lett säljorganisationer i tillväxt under flera år, företrädesvis i ett SaaS-bolag och är nu redo för din nästa utmaning.
Har du erfarenhet av att etablera nya kontor/marknader, talar fler språk än svenska och engelska och har erfarenhet av paketering, från kundservicebranschen eller av att arbeta i en internationell organisation är det mycket meriterande.
Du tror på "Lead by example" och är en positiv person som får saker gjorda. Du trivs i entreprenöriella tillväxtmiljöer och tycker om att driva utveckling och tillväxt.
