I din roll som Head of Operational Efficiency på Iver blir du en del av vår leveransorganisation kallad Operations inom Multi Cloud Services på Iver. I rollen som Head of Operational Efficiency ingår du i Operations ledningsgrupp och har det huvudsakliga ansvaret för kvalitet – process och förbättringsutveckling inom operations. Du kommer att tillsammans med dina kollegor i Operations managementteam arbeta för att säkerställa att vår leverans motsvarar våra kunders och våra egna förväntningar. Du kommer att driva projekt och initiativ för ökad effektivisering och automatisering för vår leveransorganisation och utvecklingen av operations som en helhet.

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  • Identifiera och driva utveckling och effektivisering genom nya eller förändrade arbetssätt med stöd av digitala lösningar.
  • Ta fram beslutsunderlag i form av effektmål, nyttokalkyler och ekonomiska kalkyler (businesscase) vid behov.
  • Föreslå och erbjuda kompetenshöjande insatser relaterat till utveckling.
  • Vara föredragande i styrgrupper som tilldelats.
  • Vara representant i styrgrupper i utvecklingsuppdrag eller projekt som tilldelats.
  • Ansvara för framtagande av nödvändiga riktlinjer och styrande dokument inom tilldelad ansvarsområde.

För att lyckas i rollen som Head of Operational Efficiency på Iver söker vi dig som har relevant akademisk bakgrund inom t.ex. management, IT, ekonomi eller liknande. Du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med projektledning, processförbättringar och affärsutveckling, gärna inom IT men ej ett krav. Som person är du serviceinriktad, social, har en positiv attityd, samt god känsla för detaljer och kvalitet. Du har en analytisk och problemlösande inställning med förmåga att effektivt hantera komplexa uppgifter & prioriteringar. Vi ser gärna att du har en passion för att driva förändring och förbättring inom en dynamisk miljö, och brinner för att skapa affärsnytta tillsammans med ditt team.

Kvalifikationer för tjänsten:

  • Relevant akademisk utbildning alt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.
  • Erfarenhet av att driva och leda projekt och effektiviseringsarbete, gärna inom digitalisering. Inklusive förändringsarbete & verksamhetsutveckling.
  • Förmåga att hantera data och ta fram analysunderlag.
  • God kommunikativ förmåga och presentationsteknik.
  • Intresse för försäljning, affärsnytta och skapa värde som gör skillnad för verksamheten och våra kunder.
