About the role

Are you ready to lead, inspire, and make a tangible impact? We're on the hunt for a driven and energetic Head of Retail to take charge of our 35-store fleet across EMEA. As the face of our retail leadership, you'll work directly with the VP DTC, to shape the future of our in-store experience, ensuring every customer walks away inspired and every store achieves its potential.

This is your chance to build on the strengths of a talented team—including a Retail Area Manager, a Retail Operations Manager, and a Sales Coach—while crafting strategies to optimize performance and elevate the brand. As we grow and expand, you'll be at the forefront, driving innovation, excellence, and memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead with passion: Guide, mentor, and inspire a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.
  • Create unforgettable moments: Elevate in-store service to ensure every customer enjoys personalized, memorable experiences.
  • Drive operational success: Implement scalable, efficient models and ensure retail standards are flawlessly executed across the board.
  • Harness the power of data: Use insights and analytics to shape strategies that exceed targets, drive engagement, and maximize sales.
  • Keep a sharp focus on KPIs: Establish, monitor, and refine metrics to consistently deliver operational excellence.
  • Collaborate to grow: Work cross-functionally to align with broader business objectives and support the company's strategic goals.
  • Ensure consistency and quality: Maintain visual merchandising, operational standards, and company policies to create a seamless experience across the store network.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence and inspire at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software systems.
  • Fluency in English.
