This position plays a pivotal role in the organization. As right hand to the CFO, and with the CSO (amongst other) as key stakeholder, the successful candidate is expected to significantly contribute to the financial development of the company as we continue on our growth journey

ABOUT THE JOB:

Title: Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

Your mission is to lead a team of Controller and Analysts, responsible for providing high quality financial analysis and support to the Group Executive Management, Board of Directors, Owners and other key stakeholders in our organization. You report directly to the Group CFO & COO.

A key responsibility for the role is to lead and develop the FP&A & Business controlling function through effective performance management techniques to enable the achievement of business results and personal objectives.

Own and lead KPI Tracking & Reporting, analysis and experience used to develop business and financial recommendations and assist leadership in key financial decisions. It's about why it happened and what should happen next.

Investments, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and evaluate business cases for new projects or initiatives.

Constantly pursue improvements in working methods and data quality to increase the precision of analysis and conclusions

Further develop Working Capital controlling and reporting by "going beyond the P&L" (and inspire the team(s) to do so)

Budgeting and forecasting, end to end ownership of process, timeline and technical solution

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE LOOK FOR:

The right candidate must have a proactive approach & business orientated mindset to drive actions that contributes to more profitability and efficiency.

Academic degree within business administration, Economics or similar

Several years of experience in FP&A, Head of business controlling, or a similar role with track record of successfully leading a team.

Excellent communication skills (English and Swedish) with the ability to present clear financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Strong modelling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.

Advanced user of Excel & solid system experience from BI/ERP platforms.

Process improvement/automation/RPA is a strong merit

Experience from Retail is an advantage.
