Nordberg Medical is seeking a talented Junior Business Controller - Financial Planning to join our Finance team. As a Junior Business Controller, you will play a critical role in supporting the business with key financial metrics and providing actionable insights. You will work closely with our Finance Director and other team members to ensure the accuracy of financial data and the efficiency of reporting.

About Our Team

Our Finance team is responsible for managing our finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The team is comprised of four dedicated professionals, with plans to expand during the next year. We have successfully established seven legal entities and are actively working on creating more.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data, such as sales statistics, budget deviations, and other KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on a regular basis, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide insights for decision-making, leveraging your analytical skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with different parts of the organization to monitor and enhance organizational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Maintain and improve reporting tools and data accuracy, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or another related field.
  • Around 1-3 years of experience in a related field, such as Business Controlling or Accounting.
  • Basic understanding of data flows and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and systems, such as NetSuite (preferred).
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
