Job Description
As a Business Controller, you will be part of our global business control team that is responsible for Revenue Control, Cost Control, M&A Group Reporting, and who collectively support all the managers of the Evolution Group. Our rapid expansion creates exciting challenges and opportunities, making this role perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role you will take on a variety of business control tasks and projects, working closely with senior leadership to provide your own contribution to shape the organisation, with plenty of room for personal and professional growth. You will also have the chance to travel occasionally to our other locations, gaining valuable exposure to our diverse teams, global operations and high-impact projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform financial reviews and reporting ensuring accuracy and transparency
- Conduct ad-hoc financial data analysis and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support tasks related to market expansion as we enter new countries
- Set up new and improve existing financial reporting structures
- Assist in the implementation of new financial systems and processes
Qualifications
- Advanced analytical skills and experience working with data analysis tools
- Ability to independently conduct financial analyses with a business-driven mindset, offering proactive insights and recommendations
- A flexible and adaptable attitude with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A service minded and collaborative approach
- A higher academic or professional qualification relevant to the job
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a large multinational company
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
