Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden Planacy AB Full time

We continuously seek passionate individuals with high social skills and an entrepreneurial mindset who want to develop alongside us on our ongoing growth journey.

This job listing is open-ended, and recruitment for the position occurs on a periodic basis.

As a Business Controller, have you gotten headaches after working overtime because of a poor budgeting or forecasting process? Would you rather work in a more social role and use your skills to help companies and businesses to simplify, improve and streamline their work with data-driven budgeting and forecasting?

We have a continuous need for more outgoing and passionate financial planning specialists who want to develop alongside us on our continued growth journey.

Planacy is looking for you – a driven business controller and planning specialist

We are a highly ambitious SaaS company that's in an exciting phase of expansion. We have developed a powerful platform and, with it, taken the position of Sweden's leading platform for data-driven budgeting, forecasting and planning. Our software both simplifies and streamlines more value-creating processes which contributes to better-planned and more successful companies.

With near 200 customers, including Trustly, Rejlers, Billogram, Foodora, Fjällräven and Vitamin Well, we have demonstrated the value that our product can deliver. Now it's time to scale up

Sweden is our home ground, Scandinavia our market – but a leading position in Europe is our goal. Now we are searching for you who, together with a motivated, competent and committed team, wants to be part of the journey to realise our vision: to contribute to better-planned, more data-driven and more successful companies.

Who are you? - the specialist with passion

You either have relevant academic qualification, work, or have previously worked, as a controller for 1-3 years – and you now want to work in a customer- and business-oriented specialist role. You're passionate about creating and optimising processes while being sociable, communicative, structured, thorough and full of initiative. You want to be part of an entrepreneurial team where your passion for budgeting and forecasting processes, along with your curiosity for new technology, have room for growth.

About the role

At Planacy, you'll work with a leading product. You'll be the specialist who, together with your team colleagues, help our customers to design optimal budgeting and forecasting processes and get as much value as possible from both the system and their financial planning. You'll have a social, business development role, work closely with our sales team and technical experts, and have daily contact with existing and potential customers.

In other words, you like challenges and like to be the expert in the room. You're confident in yourself and enjoy meeting with CFO:s, Head of Business Control and similar decision makers.

As part of the team, it's mainly your own passion and motivation that influence your development. You'll gradually gain experience of financial planning processes from a broad variety of industries while building a strong network. You'll enjoy many opportunities to grow alongside the company on its exciting growth journey.

Your qualities
  • Motivated and passionate
  • Structured and thorough
  • Communicative and educative
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Swedish
  • Passionate about financial management and optimising these processes
Merit skills
  • Interested in softwares and technology

We offer a flexible work environment and good employment conditions

At Planacy, all employees play a key role and have a significant impact on the product and the company's development. We have a passion for what we do. We have fun together and celebrate our success with sparkling wine, Friday burgers and a well-stocked beer fridge – as well as with a week-long annual Take Off to a pleasant destination (usually in southern Europe).

We are convinced that if the team that makes our success possible continuously evolves and are happy and healthy, the success will be all the greater. We therefore offer a high level of trust and we value commitment and a high level of responsibility.

We also offer:
  • Flexible work environment
  • Both fixed and variable salary
  • 6 weeks of vacation
  • A very good retirement plan
  • Comprehensive health insurance
