Lead Strategic Growth Initiatives

Mentimeter AB is seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic growth initiatives in the EMEA region. As Growth Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored account strategies to drive growth and customer success across key accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in selling towards enterprise-level clients, handling complex sales processes, and driving growth across large accounts. A strong background in leading and developing high-performing teams is also essential.

You will work closely with our sales management team to develop and implement strategies that cater to both short- and long-term success. Your analytical mindset and ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions will be invaluable assets in this role.

  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies to drive growth and customer success across key accounts in the EMEA region.
  • Lead customer meetings and negotiations as appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts in collaboration with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and/or Growth Account Executives (GAEs).
  • Develop, mentor, and coach each team member to help them reach their full potential and drive high performance.
  • Lead operational work of your SDRs and GAE Team.
