We are seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to join our EMEA Account Executive team. This role requires a self-generated pipeline as the foundation of success, balanced with outbound efforts in collaboration with SDRs. Your focus will be on companies already using Mentimeter, identifying the right people, starting meaningful conversations, and turning existing usage into long-term value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring a strong balance between self-generated and outbound opportunities.
  • Drive sales conversations with decision-makers, uncovering needs and driving deals forward.
  • Manage a pipeline of 20-30 active opportunities while maintaining 3x quota coverage.

Sales Expertise:

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is a plus, demonstrating a structured approach to qualifying, advancing, and closing deals effectively.
  • Experience working with complex sales processes and managing multiple stakeholders is essential.
