At Adtraction, we are seeking a dynamic and structured Customer Success Manager to drive the satisfaction and success of our e-commerce clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of brands, offering exceptional customer service and fostering collaborative relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Address customer needs and concerns promptly via Adtraction's help center support system, email, and telephone.
  2. Collaborate with multiple new and smaller accounts, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  3. Actively contribute to upselling and cross-selling of Adtraction products and services.
  4. Expand and develop collaborations with existing partners and advertisers, driving long-term value.
  5. Optimize and maintain the Customer Success Team's customer base.
  6. Support the Account Manager team with research and coordination tasks.
  7. Ensure a seamless experience for customers, maintaining excellent service and delivering results.

As part of the Adtraction team, we expect you to be a motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You should embrace relationships, support others, and work toward shared company goals with enthusiasm.

Professional Skills
  1. Experience in sales or customer advice, with a keen interest in partner marketing.
  2. Proficient in English and Swedish language.
  3. Relevant higher education.

  1. Proactive with the ability to identify opportunities and open-minded while solving problems.
  2. Structured and able to prioritize tasks efficiently, handling multiple responsibilities. Positive and solution-oriented mindset, collaborating effectively within a team.
