What You'll Do
You'll be the primary point of contact for a selection of our key clients in primarily DACH and Europe. Your focus will be to ensure their success and foster strong relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:
Proactively onboarding new customers, helping them integrate our solutions into their workflows smoothly.
Collaborating with clients to identify and achieve their goals, providing personalized guidance and support.
Managing customer inquiries with efficiency and care to deliver exceptional service.
Monitoring client accounts to ensure they're making the most of our services and spotting development opportunities.
Acting as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
Producing and presenting clear, high-quality reports on customer performance and satisfaction.
Opportunities to foster new relationships with key clients across the world.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is:
Customer-focused: You have a passion for ensuring customer success and satisfaction, and you get energized and inspired by interacting with our clients.
A great communicator: You're confident in written and spoken communication, with fluency in English and German. Further language skills are a merit.
Organized and detail-oriented: You're skilled at managing multiple priorities and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Proactive and solutions-driven: You excel at solving problems and anticipating customer needs.
Experienced: You have a background in customer success, account management, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Tech-savvy: Experience with CRM systems and a strong understanding of SaaS platforms are a plus.
Further merits: Experience in the higher education sector, stakeholder management, and new customer acquisitions.
