We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Teamtailor AB. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and onboarding new customers, ensuring they achieve their goals through our platform.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and onboarding new customers
- Providing expert guidance on utilizing our marketplace integrations, best practices, and training opportunities
- Acting as a strategic advisor and goal-oriented partner for our customers
- Proactively managing renewals and maintaining strong relationships with our clients
- Finding new business opportunities through expansion sales, upselling, and cross-selling
- Identifying and mitigating churn risk by tracking customer accounts
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve our services
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in SaaS, HR, or Recruiting, and a passion for customer success. You will work closely with our multicultural team to develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction.
