About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Customer Success Manager with a strong background in account management, business development, and retention. In this role, you will proactively strengthen and grow existing customer relationships while ensuring long-term success and retention. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping customers achieve measurable outcomes through Winningtemp, ultimately driving engagement and business impact.

This position is based in either Stockholm or Gothenburg, where you will work closely with a team dedicated to supporting and developing customer relationships. You will have an important role in ensuring that our customers effectively integrate and utilize Winningtemp to drive employee engagement and business performance.


Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive customer engagement from onboarding through ongoing account management, ensuring clients maximize the impact of Winningtemp in their organizations. By developing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders—including C-level executives and HR leaders—you will position Winningtemp as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.

Your role will focus on identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, proactively increasing adoption, retention, and expansion. By analyzing customer data and usage patterns, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations that enhance the customer experience. You will also lead training sessions, workshops, and business reviews to ensure customers effectively use Winningtemp to achieve their goals.

A key part of your responsibilities will be proactively identifying risks, using a data-driven approach to mitigate potential challenges, and collaborating closely with customers to secure long-term success. You will ensure customer data is continuously updated in relevant systems while contributing to internal process improvements.

Additionally, you will own and drive renewal and expansion opportunities within your customer portfolio, fostering strong, long-term relationships. By executing retention strategies, addressing risks proactively, and maximizing value for each customer, you will play a critical role in Winningtemp's continued growth.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a commercially minded professional with a strong ability to identify opportunities, drive customer engagement, and build long-term relationships. You have a consultative approach, experience in managing and growing customer accounts, and a proven track record in achieving both business growth and high customer retention.

You have a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. You are also a confident communicator who can inspire and guide customers in maximizing the value of our platform.

Competencies and Qualifications

BSc/BA in business administration, human resources, or equivalent relevant experience
At least three years of experience in a customer-oriented B2B role, preferably within SaaS, HR Tech, or a related field
Proven track record in key account management, business development, or customer success, with experience in driving growth and retention
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and advise customers at all levels of an organization
Proven ability to manage renewals and retention strategies, ensuring long-term customer relationships and reducing churn.
Strong analytical mindset, with experience using customer data to drive decisions and improve adoption.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
