Outbound Sales Consultant

We are seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant to join our team at Teamtailor AB. As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. This includes sourcing and qualifying leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:- Sourcing and qualifying leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Proven experience in outbound sales and a strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably with SaaS platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
