Frustrated by limited impact? Join us as a Head of Enterprise Growth and drive change in Sweden, a key market for our expansion plans. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll build long-term relationships with respected companies, wearing multiple hats and contributing to sales strategies.
With at least 5 years of SaaS B2B enterprise software sales experience, you'll have a strong foundation for success in this role. You'll help elevate our commercial strategy, introducing a structured outbound approach and managing complex sales cycles.
As a trusted advisor, you'll guide clients through decisions that transform their workforce management systems. In this role, you'll play a key part in rebuilding our Swedish office, fostering a culture where people want to come together to share ideas and drive success.

Proven Success:
At least 5 years of SaaS B2B enterprise software sales experience
Strong lead generation and outreach skills, with the ability to proactively create opportunities.

A consultative and customer-first sales approach that ensures you consistently deliver value while building a predictable and confident sales pipeline.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with stakeholders from analysts to the C-suite.
Creative problem-solving and adaptability: You're a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
A positive mindset and integrity: You're a teammate who supports others, embraces challenges, and stays focused on success.
Languages: Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential for success in this role.
