About the Team

Tacton Systems AB is a dynamic and fast-paced company that values innovation and teamwork. Our EMEA Sales team is dedicated to driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

The Senior Account Executive will play a critical role in achieving these goals by developing and executing strategic account plans to drive significant software deals and bring them to closure. This will involve working closely with our commercial team, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Marketing to identify and cultivate prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology software solutions for global enterprise accounts, preferably within a CPQ environment. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate prospective clients to develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive significant software deals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales results.
  • Manage Salesforce and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Develop and implement sales metrics to measure performance.
  • Achieve sales objectives and consistently meet or exceed targets.
