We are seeking a results-driven EdTech Sales and Customer Success Professional to join our Nordic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.

- Collaborating with the implementation team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing customer satisfaction.

- Representing Binogi at conferences, webinars, and other events.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners across Finland and Sweden.

- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in the Nordic education market.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Native or near-native proficiency in both Finnish and Swedish.

- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- A strong understanding of the Nordic education systems.

- Experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably within the EdTech sector.

- A passion for education and a commitment to Binogi's mission.
