Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing tailored Customer Success Plans that align with customer goals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction metrics
  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimize resources and ensure effective response to customer requirements and feedback

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, who possesses strong technical expertise in data center technology, virtualization, and hyper-converged solutions. Relevant certifications such as VCDX, VCAP, NCX, NCM, or NCP are also a plus. Fluency in Swedish and English is required for this role.
