Customer Success Manager

Quartr is now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the sales team to provide the best possible product experience and outstanding service to our clients.
About The Sales Team
Quartr is continually expanding its sales team of highly driven professionals, selling disruptive products designed to enable meaningful interactions between investors and companies. The company is growing rapidly, with international clients ranging from top-tier hedge funds and leading asset managers, to sell-side equity research institutions and Fortune 500 companies. This role is located in Stockholm on a hybrid setup, with three days a week spent in the office.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Success Manager at Quartr, you will be working closely with our current clients and the product team. You'll be listening to and sharing feedback from clients internally, assisting with onboarding, and delivering best-in-class service. You will also be responsible for renewals with current clients and users, as well as:
- Demo- and training sessions
- Servicing new trials and requests from current clients
- Sharing feedback with our product team to help drive the product's direction to meet the needs of clients
- Work closely with our team of high performing Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities
What Will Help You Succeed
- An interest in investing and the financial markets
- A superior ability to create rapport with new people, develop- and maintain relationships
- High energy with creativity, curiosity, and an adaptable mindset
- Strong knowledge of the finance industry and an international mindset
- Experience in client-facing roles and customer orientation
- Experience working with SaaS products
- Professional outlook with strong ambition and business acumen
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
- Previous experience in Customer Success roles is a plus
Note: you need to be based in Sweden with a valid work permit. We are also not looking for consultants or help from recruitment agencies.
