Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our Head of Customer Success and collaborate with our Product and Sales teams to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring that our customers achieve their business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in customer success and/or account management, with commercial responsibility for your customer portfolio. You should thrive on making customer success journeys even better and possess a deep understanding of SaaS products and integrations.
