
Customer Success Manager, Sweden

Our customers rely on our expertise to achieve their business goals. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for generating repeatable strategies of technology adoption for our clients.
You must understand the full sales cycle from both a sales and technical strategy perspective to liaise between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Business Value Assessment Program: Create customer success metrics to support product onboarding, product adoption, and customer retention and satisfaction goals.
- Maintain Long-Term Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, coordinating support efforts, and organizing solution delivery.
- Provide Technical Guidance: Maintain customer technical account portfolios, providing technical guidance and recommendations.
- Align Product Lines: Align AvePoint's product line to provide comprehensive solutions that satisfy customer business needs.
- Determine Individualized Customer Success Plans: Use NPS metrics and other customer data to determine individualized customer success plans.
- Collaborate with Account Managers: Work closely with account managers to understand short-term and long-term sales strategies.
- Shepherd Existing Customers: Shepherd existing customers through contract renewal cycles, working with sales teams to execute renewals.
- Understand Adoption Status: Identify and understand customer adoption status and support history throughout the post-sales cycle.
- Pursue Goal Attainment: Pursue strategies of goal attainment to rectify any hurdles and steer clients toward success.
