About the Role

TN Sweden seeks a skilled Customer Retention Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all renewal aspects of the relationship with a defined set of customers. Your primary goal will be to retain existing contract revenue within existing buying centers and support new sales into these accounts made by the Account Executive.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure clients' business needs are met, supporting successful renewals that drive a strong revenue base for TN Sweden.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive retention strategy for assigned strategic accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Monitor internal reports to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the Product Training Specialist team to ensure customers receive the necessary training and product utilization support.
  • Support new sales initiatives into existing accounts to maximize customer ROI with TN Sweden.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of customers, including their business groups, industry, competitors, and current and future needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in customer engagement or sales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
