Your Key ResponsibilitiesYou'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with your customer portfolio, understanding their goals and challenges, and identifying growth opportunities. You'll also drive onboarding projects for new customers, ensure customer retention, and contribute to product development through customer feedback.
Key tasks include:
- Building trust with your customers and understanding their needs.
- Implementing effective onboarding strategies for new customers.
- Monitoring customer health metrics and taking proactive measures to prevent decline.
- Providing valuable insights to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
We seek a professional with a background in Customer Success and/or Account Management, excellent communication skills, and project management experience. A strong technical acumen with an understanding of SaaS products and integrations is essential.
