We're a European grocery company, and we're partnering with food and FMCG companies to save products at risk of going to waste by re-selling them at discounted prices direct to consumers.

We're now looking for a CRM Manager to join our Nordic Merchandising team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building customer relationships, improving customer retention, loyalty, and engagement across our Nordic markets.

You'll own the process for full utilisation of our current CRM system, design and implement direct email marketing campaigns together with the merchandising team, and analyse customer data to build highly personalised campaigns and segments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of the process for full utilisation of the current CRM system
  • Designing and implementing direct email marketing campaigns together with the merchandising team
  • Planning and implementing CRM strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and engagement
  • Analysing customer data to build highly personalised campaigns and segments

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in direct sales, CRM or email marketing and therefore already some experience in working with CRM systems
  • Experience within either e-commerce, retail or B2C marketing - ideally within FMCG
  • Confidence to further develop our email channel as a sales and reactivation channel
  • Knowledge of not only the classic email marketing KPIs, but also of what margin, average order value and conversion rate mean
