We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 25 enterprise customers within a specific market, ensuring successful onboarding, product adoption, and overall satisfaction with our marketing cloud platform. Your key objectives will include driving customer retention and revenue growth through strategic customer projects, quarterly business reviews, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a seamless customer experience through effective onboarding and support.
- Drive customer adoption and usage of our platform to maximize value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead key customer projects and achieve success.
- Regularly review customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction levels across your portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth through retention and upsell initiatives.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success management roles, with experience in or exposure to the SaaS industry being a strong plus.
- Proven track record of delivering customer projects and achieving success.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer and business needs.
- Results-oriented and driven by customer satisfaction.
