We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Operations department at Kreditz AB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and contributing to the development of our innovative solutions.
Your primary objectives will be to:
- Foster long-lasting relationships with our customers
- Maximize the value we provide to our customers
- Drive business growth through customer retention and acquisition
You will work closely with customers to onboard them to our platform, provide strategic follow-ups, and ensure they receive exceptional support throughout their journey with us. Your expertise will help us continuously improve our services and expand our market presence in the Nordic countries and Europe.
We believe that the ideal candidate for this role has a degree in Business or a related field, up to 2 years of experience in B2B Customer Support or Customer Success, and proficiency in G-suite/Office 365.
