
Strategic Operations Partner for Sustainable Growth

At Implement Consulting Group, we believe that impactful change is essential for success in a rapidly evolving global market. As a Strategic Operations Partner for Sustainable Growth, you will play a key role in driving growth, expanding our client base, and delivering high-impact projects for clients in the Nordic market.
This position requires a minimum of eight years of experience in management consulting with a focus on supply chain and operations strategy. You will lead and execute supply chain and operations strategy projects, delivering tangible and sustainable results that meet client business goals.
You will work closely with colleagues to cultivate leads from our existing network and your own client network in Sweden. Your strong business development skills will help identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the Swedish market.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or operations with a deep understanding of best practices and industry trends. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, and proficiency in at least one Nordic language is an advantage.
