Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Growth Operations Manager to act as the operational backbone of the Central European growth team, ensuring seamless collaboration between the Regional Manager and Sr. Growth Managers across different markets.

  • Be the right hand of the Regional Manager to develop business strategies in alignment with team and company priorities.
  • Support the execution of the company's marketing and growth strategy, driving initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Own ad-hoc requests and problem-solving tasks, proactively addressing roadblocks in execution and strategy implementation.
