About the Role:
This is a highly operational position that requires strong leadership and management skills. The successful candidate will oversee a growing sales team, guiding them to achieve results through efficient processes and effective communication. Key objectives include sales execution and revenue growth, team development and performance, customer management and success, and market focus.
Responsibilities:
- Actively manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Implement proven sales processes and strategies to ensure steady revenue growth and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Develop and manage detailed sales plans and forecasts, ensuring realistic and achievable goals.
- Manage and grow a motivated sales team, setting clear targets and providing day-to-day guidance to ensure their success.
- Train and support team members to improve sales skills, productivity, and overall results.
Requirements:
