OM ROLLEN

Som Customer Success Manager ansvarar du för hela kundresan. Du kommer att proaktivt identifiera möjligheter för merförsäljning och optimera kundernas användning av OneLabs tjänster. Tillsammans med både kollegor inom Customer Success och vårt Medicinska Team säkerställer du en smidig onboarding och löpande support för våra kunder. Din roll fokuserar på att utveckla starka relationer med befintliga små och medelstora kunder, med målet att öka värdet och förhindra churn.

Du får också möjlighet att bidra till vår tillväxtresa genom att ge feedback och input från kunderna, vilket hjälper till att säkerställa deras långsiktiga nöjdhet.

VEM DU ÄR

- Minst 1 års erfarenhet som Customer Success Manager inom SaaS.

- Bakgrund inom försäljning.

- Ambitiös, organiserad och resultatorienterad.

- En naturlig relationsbyggare och problemlösare som trivs i en snabb miljö.

- Visad förmåga att bygga och upprätthålla starka relationer med kunder, särskilt på ledningsnivå.

- Flytande i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Tidigare erfarenhet av HR-tech och hälsa är starkt meriterande.
