As a Solution Success Lead, you'll be part of our Customer Success team in Sweden, Norway, or Denmark, where you'll play a key role in driving our growth targets by working closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
This is a challenging and rewarding role, requiring collaboration across multiple business areas to ensure a seamless and value-driven customer experience. You'll leverage your expertise in retail, supply chain, and RELEX solutions to deliver measurable value and increase return on investment. As a trusted advisor to both CSMs and customers, you'll build strong relationships and drive commercial opportunities within existing accounts.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in retail or CPG, preferably in supply chain or related fields, with hands-on experience with RELEX solutions or comparable systems. Commercial acumen and a proven track record of delivering customer value are essential, along with strong analytical skills and a passion for collaboration.
