Your RoleIn this pivotal position, you'll be responsible for driving customer adoption and best practices of the Startdeliver platform and success playbook. You'll collaborate closely with our Head of Customer Success and work with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure customer retention.
You'll work on various tasks, including:
- Developing strong relationships with your customer portfolio and understanding their goals and challenges.
- Driving onboarding projects for new customers through integrations, configuration, and best practices.
- Ensuring customer retention by quickly acting on declining customer health metrics.
- Becoming a part of the product development process through customer feedback.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a background in Customer Success and/or Account Management with commercial responsibility for your customer portfolio. You should have excellent communication skills, project management experience, and a strong technical acumen with an understanding of SaaS products and integrations.
