Celaris, a global leader in process mining technology and a rapidly growing SaaS firm, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Architect to spearhead its growth strategy. As a key member of the broader value engineering team, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation with strategic customers.

The Role:
  • You will lead extensive teams of Celaris experts to ensure the success and satisfaction of top-tier customer accounts on their journey to realizing value from our platform.
  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives, embedding Celaris into their strategic objectives.
  • Mentor customers on organization design and maturation of Centers of Excellence to increase adoption of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accountable Program Lead & Engagement Manager: Ensure engagements are properly staffed, leveraging resources from global cross-functional Celaris teams, such as Servicing, Product & Engineering.
  2. Mentor customers on organization design and maturation of Centers of Excellence to focus on increasing adoption of our platform.
  3. Drive measurable business impact across various processes, functions, and business areas and accelerate the adoption of our platform.
