About the Role
Mynewsdesk is seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to replace an existing team member on maternity leave. The successful candidate will work with customers in the DACH region, primarily from Swedish or German offices.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in customer-focused roles, SaaS service delivery, and enterprise CRM applications. They will also possess strong PR and communication skills, which are beneficial but not essential.

This role offers a collaborative and inclusive work environment where innovation and ideas are valued. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to client success and satisfaction while growing professionally.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Own the entire relationship within an assigned portfolio of customers.
  • Support and nurture customers throughout the customer life cycle.
  • Establish strategic relationships with each assigned customer.
  • Work with customers to set goals and key performance indicators.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement measures to enhance usage and adoption.
