We're looking for a Client Success Strategist to join our Nordics team. In this role, you'll be responsible for growing our client partnerships and initiating long-term collaborations between clients and developers.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Growing accounts by being a trusted partner to our clients
- Leading client meetings to gain an in-depth understanding of their development and business needs
- Working closely with our Client Engineering team to match opportunities with the right developer
- Onboarding clients and maintaining strong client relationships
We're looking for someone with:
- A strong understanding of business and people
- Technical software development know-how
- The ability to map business needs, tech team needs, and close deals
- A keen interest in tech, SaaS, and software development
