We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our Business Development team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with global partners, ensuring smooth operations, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and get things done. You will report to the Head of Partnership Operations and play a crucial role in our mission to become the leading platform for Healthy Eating, Simplified.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality client and partner relationships
  • Proactively manage customer needs and resolve challenges
  • Take ownership of projects and drive business initiatives from start to finish
  • Identify and act on new business opportunities through data-informed decision making

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in service-oriented roles such as Account Management or Customer Success
  • Proven ability to independently drive business processes and sales
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
