Key Responsibilities- Supporting Relationship Managers with and performing end-to-end orchestration across all processes and services managed by Client Management.
- Ensuring seamless delivery and client experience throughout the process.
- Owning and driving execution of processes, working closely with stakeholders and the value chain to deliver excellent client service.
- Aligning CIB business and Client Management with regular engagement regarding business priorities, issues, and addressing any gaps.
- Driving continuous improvement of operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
- Performing relevant account opening activities, working closely with relevant teams.
