Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless delivery and client experience across all processes and services managed by Client Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Relationship Managers with and performing end-to-end orchestration across all processes and services managed by Client Management.
  • Ensuring seamless delivery and client experience throughout the process.
  • Owning and driving execution of processes, working closely with stakeholders and the value chain to deliver excellent client service.
  • Aligning CIB business and Client Management with regular engagement regarding business priorities, issues, and addressing any gaps.
  • Driving continuous improvement of operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
  • Performing relevant account opening activities, working closely with relevant teams.
