About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Client Solutions Strategist to join our team at Market Partner Scandinavia.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of clients/accounts within the online retail sector, with a strong focus on revenue growth and solution adoption.
The Client Solutions Strategist will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with clients, serving as a consultative product expert, and leading media planning, strategy, and measurement to deliver against business objectives.
This role requires the ability to analyze data sets and analytics to detect performance patterns and translate them into comprehensive solutions and strategies.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of sophisticated top-accounts cross sectors and meet demanding quarterly revenue, growth, and solutions adoption goals.
- Partner with the Client Partner to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for partners.
- Use data and insights to guide the strategy and implementation of client solutions.
- Serve as an external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption.
- Collaborate with diverse groups of internal cross-functional teams.
- Guide the media, creative, and measurement strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs.
- Oversight of measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
- Identification of optimization opportunities for improving campaign performance.
- Project management of internal operations and complex work streams.
- Oversight of internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc).
