About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between technology and customer success. You'll work closely with our Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver technical solutions that drive customer adoption and retention.

Your Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT CUSTOMERS WITH TECHNICAL QUESTIONS - Guide customers through integrations, API configurations, and data.
  • SOLVE COMPLEX CUSTOMER CHALLENGES - Troubleshoot technical issues, recommend solutions, and help customers implement best practices.
  • DRIVE PRODUCT ADOPTION - Work proactively with customers to ensure they use the platform efficiently and achieve their business goals.
  • COLLABORATE ACROSS TEAMS - Act as the bridge between Customer Success and Product/Engineering to ensure customer needs shape our product development.
  • ENHANCE TECHNICAL RESOURCES - Create documentation, FAQs, and guides to help customers self-serve and optimize their experience.
  • LEAD WORKSHOPS & TRAINING - Educate customers and internal teams on best practices, integrations, and technical capabilities of the platform.
