About the RoleThe Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to customers through training, application engineering services, and general consultancy in solar photovoltaic inverters, energy storage systems, and EV chargers.
- Collaborating with sales teams to maintain customer relationships, gain trust, and strengthen loyalty.
- Bachelor or above technical degrees, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or similar disciplines.
- Fluent in Swedish and business fluent in English.
- Quick learner with a desire to deepen knowledge in the renewable energy industry.
