We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our customer success department, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and retention, ensuring that our customers achieve their business goals.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our Head of Customer Success and collaborate with our Product and Sales teams to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in customer success and/or account management, with commercial responsibility for your customer portfolio. You should thrive on making customer success journeys even better and possess a deep understanding of SaaS products and integrations.
