About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Junior Hubspot Specialist to join our Operational Excellence team at Position Green AB. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and configuring various systems used by our customer-facing departments, including internal support, system adjustments, and integrations between systems.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our tech, sales, customer success, and advisory teams to ensure seamless system usage across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • System Configuration: Setup and configure HubSpot, Moment/Milient, StartDeliver, FreshDesk, and SharePoint systems to meet the needs of our customer-facing departments.
  • Process Development: Create and develop processes to support system usage, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with our company's goals.
  • Internal Support: Provide internal support to our customer-facing teams on system-related queries and issues.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with other team members on projects to ensure operational excellence within our customer-facing teams and the entire organization.
About You

We're looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, has excellent technical skills, and is passionate about working with digital products. If you have experience with system configuration, process development, and internal support, we'd love to hear from you.
