
Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges, and driving technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their technical challenges and develop effective solutions using AWS services. Your responsibilities will include ensuring AWS environments remain operationally healthy, while reducing cost and complexity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (4) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
