Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding existing customers and acquiring new customers throughout Sweden.

  • You will sell the entire Matrix42 product portfolio, developing projects independently until successful completion, and coordinating the Winning Team, which will provide you with the necessary sales support in a wide range of disciplines.
  • You will work hand in hand with internal colleagues from Sales, Pre-sales, Partner Management, Product team among others, and build long-term customer relationships.

Your primary focus will be on driving growth on both existing customers by doing up- and cross-selling as well as net new logo sales.

Key Responsibilities

You will analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to drive revenue.

  • You will identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
  • You will build strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • You will communicate the value of the Matrix42 product portfolio to customers and prospects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess extensive experience in IT and software sales, excelling in driving success through channel and/or strategic partnerships and confident deal closures.

  • You must have honed your ability to build enduring, results-driven customer relationships while collaborating effectively with partners.
  • You should have a deep understanding of the Matrix42 product portfolio and be able to communicate its value to customers.
  • You should be an analytical thinker, committed, assertive, and adept at balancing precision with a proactive approach.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
