
Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Media Solutions team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our key accounts in the Nordics region.
Your primary focus will be on strengthening and growing client relationships through constant communication and new solutions for both their content and advertising strategies.
You will work closely with the Nordics Business Development Manager, helping with new business initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to optimize productivity.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, as well as fluency in English and another European language. Prior experience in digital advertising is beneficial, particularly in an operational or account management role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google products. The ability to travel abroad when necessary is also essential.
As a passionate professional in the video advertising industry, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a deep understanding of ad tech and SaaS landscapes.
