About the job
We're seeking an experienced leader to drive the transformation of customer care into customer success in the Nordics & CEE region. As a key member of the Nordics & CEE management team, you'll report directly to the Group Chief Revenue Officer.
Your primary responsibilities will include defining and implementing a comprehensive customer success strategy, aligning with business growth goals. You'll lead a team of over 140 customer success, consulting and sales professionals, ensuring a best-in-class, sales-driven, and customer-centric approach.
You'll be responsible for harmonizing tools and processes across all markets, standardizing best practices, and driving commercial success through upselling, cross-selling, and retention. Your expertise in customer success, customer service, or commercial operations will enable you to inspire and coach regional Customer Success Managers and advisors, fostering a high-performance, customer-first culture.
A strong understanding of driving revenue through customer success and proven track record in leading large-scale transitions across multiple markets make you an ideal candidate for this role. You'll collaborate closely with Commercial, Product, and Tech teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
