Responsibilities
  • Ensure product value for new and existing customers by providing expert guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers and partners to discuss their needs and challenges.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships by sharing best practices and expertise.
  • Develop and implement strategies to onboard new customers and enhance their experience.
  • Deploy and manage ticketing and documentation tools to streamline customer support.
  • Facilitate collaboration between customers and Frends teams to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements
  • A couple of years of experience in a similar role in the SaaS sector.
  • Technical understanding and curiosity toward technical solutions.
  • Business-centric thinking and capability to grow our customers to the next level.
  • Experience in IT services related to IT solutions and needs for various life-cycle stages.
  • Professional English and Swedish language skills.
